About Scalin & Me
With 25+ years experience in technology domain, I've built and scaled teams, platforms, and organizations at companies such as Microsoft, OLX/Naspers, AxelSpringer, Wayfair and InPost. My work spans e-commerce, logistics, marketplaces, SaaS, social networks and supply chain and more.
Throughout my career, I worked on numerous complex change programs and transformations, launched high scale platforms serving 3 digit millions users, and carried accountability from strategy through to delivery. I enjoyed to mentor startups as part of the Google Launchpad Network and to regularly speak at tech and product conferences across Europe.
Scalin Solutions was created to share this experience in a way that's broad and impactful. My goal is to support leaders and companies with practical guidance, whether they're navigating growth, building capabilities, or tackling complex change.
